Bankroll Freddie has been found guilty of multiple federal charges related to drugs and guns, though he also managed to escape more serious charges that would have landed him in jail for the rest of his life.
According to a Department of Justice ruling obtained by HipHopDX, the rapper (real name Freddie Gladney III) was found guilty of one count of marijuana possession and distribution, one count of possession and distribution of a controlled substance, one count of firearm possession in furtherance of drug trafficking, and one count of using a communications facility in the furtherance of drug trafficking crimes earlier this month.
The remainder of the charges against the rapper were dismissed, and his sentencing status is not clear. Bankroll Freddie also did not release a comment about the conviction.
The ruling came from the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Arkansas.

The Quality Control rapper’s conviction stems from a 2022 federal drug bust, in which Bankroll Freddie and 34 others — including his father, Freddie Gladney Jr. — were arrested.
The Arkansas native was charged as part of a 61-count indictment against the Every Body Killas (EBK) gang, of which Bankroll Freddie was allegedly a part, and the Loady Murder Mobb.

At the time, the Department of Justice claimed that the two gangs “voluntarily and intentionally conspired” together to distribute cocaine, crack cocaine, meth, and marijuana.
The 30-year-old was allegedly part of a crew that conspired to sell large amounts of crack cocaine and marijuana in Arkansas and Texas between March 2021 and October 2022. Officers reportedly seized jewelry and cash from a number of the defendants, totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Before this incident, Bankroll Freddie’s star was on the rise. He released an album titled Big Bank in April 2021 via Quality Control and Motown Records, with guest appearances from Young Dolph, Megan Thee Stallion, Gucci Mane, 2 Chainz, EST Gee, Young Scooter, PnB Rock, and BIG30.
