I was born and raised in Michigan. It was when I attended Central Michigan University I found my love for radio and graduated with a broadcasting degree. I worked full time in Country radio after college at a Ft. Wayne radio station. After about a year I just had to move to Nashville to be close to “Country Music.” I worked for a bit on-air but ultimately ended up working at a recording studio. I was able to hang out with the hottest country music artists at the time. What fun!

Although I never worked full-time on air after that, I have always kept my passion for on-air announcing. I have done part-time radio announcing for much of my adult life.

I currently work as a financial advisor as my daytime job and feel so blessed I can continue my radio passion on Country Jamz.
I live in Michigan, however, I spend a lot of time in Nashville as well.

I have 3 grown children and a grandson. I loved being a sports mom and now I get to do it all over again as a sports Grandma. Life is good!!
