Zaxby’s, known for its chicken fingers, has opened its first location in the Las Vegas Valley at 5290 Blue Diamond Road. The restaurant is now serving customers both through dine-in and drive-thru options. This marks Zaxby’s expansion beyond its traditional Southeastern U.S. base. Royce Chow, CEO of Zax Nevada LLC, expressed enthusiasm about introducing Zaxby’s to Las Vegas, emphasizing their commitment to providing Southern comfort food, exceptional hospitality, and community-building opportunities. The new location is anticipated to create up to 50 jobs locally. Plans are underway to launch additional Zaxby’s outlets in Las Vegas within the year.
