Jacquees, whose full name is Rodriquez Jacquees Broadnax, is an American R&B artist hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. Born on April 15, 1994, under the Aries zodiac sign, he has made a significant mark in the music industry. In 2014, Jacquees secured a recording and management deal with Cash Money Records. His single “B.E.D.” from 2016 gained notable attention, remaining on the Billboard charts for seven weeks and reaching a peak position of 69. He released his debut album, “4275,” on June 15, 2018.
Jacquees has collaborated with a range of prominent artists in the R&B genre, including Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Donell Jones, T.I., Jermaine Dupri, Young Thug, and Wale.
His journey began in 2007 when he met former manager Orlando Grind. Jacquees participated in various talent shows before connecting with Russell “Block” Spencer, a founder and former CEO of Block Entertainment. Although initially involved with teams focusing on rap music, which did not highlight his R&B talents, Jacquees eventually gained more experience and exposure at Block Entertainment’s recording studio.
