Following the ceremony, McBryde shared her gratitude on social media, expressing her pride in her hometown and appreciation for the special recognition.
Born and raised in Waldron, McBryde grew up in a musically inclined family. Her father, Dr. William McBryde, balanced his time between practicing medicine and preaching, while her mother, Marty Wilkins, supported her musical journey. McBryde has often credited her mother as a significant influence on her vocal talent. The artist also mentioned that her siblings share a strong musical background.
Following her visit to Arkansas, McBryde is set to release her much-anticipated track, “Ain’t Enough Cowboy Songs,” on December 6.
