Nova Twins are BACK!
After teasing something new on Instagram for the past week, the duo has finally released their newest single “Monsters”, along with a stylish music video to match!
Amy and Georgia released a statement about their latest song, stating:
“Monsters is about awakening to and understanding your mental health. Growing up, we often look outward, absorbing what life throws at us. Over time, the good and bad experiences start to settle. Before learning to navigate these feelings, you may face self loathing, anxiety and a fear of who you’ve become. Confronting these emotions, breathing through them, and opening up to someone can help. Many people struggle with mental health, and this song aims to show vulnerability and let our audience know they’re not alone.”
“Monsters” was produced by Rich Costey, who has previously worked with Deftones and Muse.
