O.J. Simpson Estate Sues Son Over Las Vegas Home Dispute

The Estate of O.J. Simpson has initiated legal action against his son, Justin Simpson, alleging that he has taken up residence in O.J. Simpson’s Las Vegas home and is refusing to vacate. The lawsuit, filed earlier this month, claims that Justin, a licensed real estate agent, facilitated the sale of his father’s Summerlin property to his company, Primary Holdings LLC, in 2022.

The estate contends that Justin persuaded O.J. Simpson to sell the property under the pretense of safeguarding his financial interests from creditors. However, since O.J. Simpson was the sole owner of the house until his death, the estate argues that the sale was merely a strategy to evade creditors and did not legally transfer ownership to Justin.

Following O.J. Simpson’s death in April 2024, Justin reportedly moved into the house and has not vacated it, contrary to the provisions of Simpson’s will, which specified that his assets should be equally divided among his four children. The estate is seeking financial compensation and attorney fees if the property’s deed is not returned. As of now, no hearing date has been scheduled for the case.
