AI-Powered Hotel Set To Open In July

The Otonomus Hotel, an innovative hotel and apartment complex powered by artificial intelligence, is now accepting reservations for stays beginning July 1. Situated at the corner of West Russell Road and South Decatur Boulevard, this unique property combines the features of a hotel and an apartment complex, developed by Growth Holdings. It spans 13 acres and includes 303 units with approximately 1,100 beds, allowing guests to book from one to six rooms per stay.

Pricing starts at $329 for a double queen, one-bedroom suite, with a current discount of 30 percent available. Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen and living area, with options to expand up to six rooms. Leasing opportunities are also available starting July 1, with one-bedroom, one-bath apartments beginning at $1,950 for 872 square feet. Larger two- and three-bedroom units are also offered.

The hotel utilizes an AI-driven app called Kee, designed to enhance and personalize the guest experience. Through the app, guests can book their stay, check-in, request services, and manage room access. The app also provides customized experiences based on guest preferences, such as coffee and towel choices, becoming more tailored the longer guests stay.

The property features 40,000 square feet of retail space, including 21,000 square feet of inline retail and four planned restaurants that offer remote ordering. Guests can also enjoy amenities like a pool, fitness center, and business facilities.
