The Athletics will start accepting deposits for Las Vegas season tickets this Friday. Fans can place a $19.01 deposit, reflecting the team’s founding year of 1901, to join the priority list for purchasing season tickets when the team relocates to Las Vegas in 2028. Deposits can be made at athletics.com/vegas starting at 9 a.m. on Friday.
Current A’s and Aviators season-ticket holders, along with Clark County residents, will be given purchase priority over the general public. The team will play in a new $1.75 billion, 33,000-capacity ballpark, which will be constructed on a portion of the Tropicana site on the south Strip.
Construction for the ballpark is slated to start between April and June and is expected to be ready for the 2028 opening day. Until the new stadium is ready, the A’s will play at the Triple-A ballpark Sutter Health Park in Sacramento, California. Further details about season tickets will be provided to those on the priority list in the future.
