Bottled Blonde Las Vegas is set to open its doors this summer, as announced by the Arizona-based Evening Entertainment Group. Situated at the prominent corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road, the venue will offer a unique blend of experiences, transforming from a casual Italian eatery during the day to a vibrant nightlife spot in the evening. The establishment will feature a restaurant, bar, and beer garden.
The $50 million project, announced in April 2023, is nearing the end of its construction phase. It will encompass 25,000 square feet across three stories, with an additional open-air rooftop lounge on the fourth level, providing a view of the iconic Bellagio fountains.
Located in the Grand Bazaar Shops and neighboring Ole Red Las Vegas, Bottled Blonde will face significant competition along the bustling Las Vegas Strip. Despite this, co-owner Les Corieri has expressed confidence in its potential as a premier location due to the high foot traffic in the area.
The venue will feature multiple music zones, a 38-foot LED wall, over 40 HD TVs, and 360-degree bars. The menu is expected to include popular items from other Bottled Blonde locations, such as truffle fries, mozzarella sticks, wings, sliders, sandwiches, salads, and pizza, complemented by specialty cocktails like the Capri Sundays and an extensive beer list.
In addition to its restaurant and nightlife offerings, Bottled Blonde Las Vegas will be available for private and semi-private events. This new location joins its sister venues in Texas, Miami, Scottsdale, and Nashville.
