Foreigner will launch a Canadian tour in the fall, featuring guest vocalist Geordie Brown.
The tour kicks off on Oct. 21 in St. John’s, Newfoundland, and wraps up on Nov. 7 in Kelowna, British Columbia. Canadian rock band 54-40 will provide support on most dates.
Tickets will be available to the public starting Friday. The complete list of tour dates is provided below.
This Canadian tour serves as a prelude to the production of “Juke Box Hero, The Musical,” set to debut in 2026. Brown played the male lead in the 2018 workshop production of the musical in Calgary and Edmonton, and a sold-out run at Toronto’s Ed Mirvish Theatre in 2019.
“I was most impressed by Geordie’s performances of ‘Juke Box Hero, The Musical’ in Canada,” said Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones in a statement. “He is not only a consummate vocalist but also a verified Broadway actor. We look forward to welcoming him at our shows on Foreigner’s 2025 Canadian tour.”
The extent of Brown’s participation at each show remains unclear, as is whether current Foreigner lead singer Kelly Hansen will join the tour. Hansen is absent from the band’s press photos accompanying the announcement. UCR has reached out for clarification.
