Former Realtor Arrested with Loaded Gun Amid Las Vegas Organization Controversies

A man named Daniel Da Vinci was arrested for returning to the Las Vegas Realtors headquarters after being asked to leave the previous day. The incident occurred when police were called to address a disturbance at the location. Da Vinci, who was being restrained by a security guard, was found with a Glock 19 handgun and two extended magazines in his backpack. He was cited for not having the proper concealed carry permit. Da Vinci claimed he misunderstood the law regarding carrying a weapon in a backpack versus on his person.

In addition to the firearms charge, Da Vinci had two outstanding traffic-related warrants, leading to his transfer to the custody of the Henderson Police Department. He remained in the Henderson Detention Center due to these outstanding warrants.

Da Vinci was previously associated with Growth Luxury Realty and the Las Vegas Realtors, although he is no longer a member. His arrest comes amid a backdrop of ongoing controversies at the Las Vegas Realtors organization, including previous incidents of election interference and internal disputes. These controversies have led to leadership changes and legal actions within the organization.
