Hot 10 Recap – Week of 2/8/25

Another Hot 10 recap coming up! Tons of movement and new songs added to the mixture for the week of February 8th, 2025, so let’s get to it!

Morgan Wallen’s “Love Somebody” takes number 10 this week. Following the massive success of “Last Night” in 2023, Wallen continues to make a significant impact on the charts.

Gracie drops from 8 to 9 with “That’s So True,” Her candid songwriting and mellow tones have quickly gained her a dedicated following.

Bad Bunny’s “DTMF” (DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS) comes down from its number two position last week to number 8 this week. The track is part of his latest album, which has maintained the number one position on the Billboard 200 for three consecutive weeks, a record for this year.

Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather” drops to number seven. The song’s haunting melody and introspective lyrics continue to resonate with listeners.

Teddy Swims’ soulful track “Lose Control” moves up to number six. His powerful vocals and emotive delivery have garnered significant acclaim.

Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” comes down to 5. Known for blending country and hip-hop, Shaboozey highlights the storytelling parallels between the two genres.

Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s “Luther” climbs to number four. Their half time show last night was something to write home about, especially if you’re a long time fan of either of them.

Bruno Mars and Rose stay in the “APT.,” at number three. The song’s unique blend of pop and R&B elements has captivated audiences.

Staying with Bruno, “Die With a Smile” by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars has dropped to number two. The track really dominated the chart for the past five weeks, reflecting the duo’s successful collaboration.

That means we have a new number one. The song, Travis Scott’s “4×4,” This marks his fourth chart-topping debut. This achievement ties him with Justin Bieber for the fourth-most number-one debuts in Hot 100 history.
