Bruce Dickinson has hinted at “stuff we’ve never, ever done before” for Iron Maiden’s 2025 tour. The singer shared a statement about the band’s upcoming Run For Your Lives European dates in a video published on Maiden’s social media channels. The tour, which will begin in May, will feature music exclusively from their first nine albums to mark their 50th anniversary. In the video, Dickinson promises a packed setlist and other surprises for fans who have already bought tickets. He expressed his excitement, saying it would be a “setlist for the ages.”
The frontman also mentioned that the tour would extend beyond 2025, reaching into 2026, to cover parts of the world not included in the initial schedule. This tour will be the first in 43 years without longtime drummer Nicko McBrain, who retired from live performances after a health issue. Simon Dawson from British Lion will replace him.
