KB Home has received approval from the North Las Vegas Planning Commission to develop a new 708-home neighborhood in the Tule Springs area, which will be part of the existing Villages at Tule Springs master-planned community. This development, named Village 2, will be situated on six parcels around North 5th Street and the 215 Beltway.
The largest section, covering 35.32 acres, will feature 403 lots with a mix of townhomes and traditional single-family homes. Townhomes will mirror designs from KB Home’s Inspirada project, comprising four to six attached, two-story units priced between $340,000 and $385,000, and measuring 1,300 to 1,600 square feet. Single-family homes will range from $380,000 to $420,000, covering 1,559 to 2,000 square feet, offering two to three bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms.
A 23-acre lot on the southwest corner of North 5th Street and Sandstone Ranch Parkway will include 123 homes, featuring designs from 1,550 to 3,000 square feet, with prices between $435,000 and $550,000. These homes will offer three to five bedrooms and up to four-and-a-half bathrooms.
Additionally, a 178-lot, 21-acre subdivision was approved east of North 5th Street, featuring homes from 1,572 to 2,029 square feet, priced from $400,000 to $480,000, with three to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The smallest parcel, with 77 lots on 9.58 acres, will offer similar designs.
The Villages at Tule Springs began development in 2017 and is set to include over 8,600 homes upon completion. Besides residential units, future plans involve a 16-acre shopping center, though no timeline for its construction has been established. Homebuilders for the community include KB Home, Lennar, and Tri Pointe.
