In a now-deleted Instagram Story, Lil Uzi Vert shared a glimpse of the tracklist for their upcoming album *Eternal Atake 2*. While most of the song titles were obscured by two Roc-A-Fella chains and a watch, track 15, tentatively titled “Chill Ebro,” was visible.
A few weeks ago, footage emerged of Hot 97 and Apple Music host Ebro Darden discussing Lil Uzi Vert on a panel from 2022. Ebro expressed his admiration for Uzi but noted that he feels the rapper hasn’t yet achieved the rockstar status he promised. He referenced their 2016 interview in which Uzi declared himself a “rockstar” and declined to rap over older hip-hop beats. “Maybe I took it literally,” Ebro said, comparing Uzi’s trajectory to those rockstars who sell out major venues like MetLife Stadium and Madison Square Garden. “He told me he was going to become a rockstar… Most people who approach me about Uzi now were probably around 10 years old back then. They were upset with me for my comments about him. Like I said before, time will tell. Where you at, my guy? Uzi, where are you? Didn’t he just retire? Wasn’t he like, ‘Yo, I’m tired, I’m done’? Come on, son. You’re supposed to be a rockstar. What happened?”
Lil Uzi Vert recently announced the sequel to their critically acclaimed album *Eternal Atake*, which was originally released in 2020. They also revealed the artwork, release date, and a trailer for the new project.
