LongHorn Steakhouse, a prominent U.S. steakhouse chain, is expanding to Henderson, marking its first location in the Las Vegas Valley. The new restaurant is set to open in July at the site of a former Applebee’s on North Stephanie Street. The location will cover approximately 5,400 square feet and accommodate around 180 guests.
The restaurant is known for its “legendary steaks,” including the Flo’s Filet, Renegade Sirloin, and Outlaw Ribeye, all prepared using fire-grilling techniques. Beyond steaks, the menu offers a variety of options such as steak and seafood combinations, chicken, lamb, ribs, burgers, and entrée salads. A notable feature is the Parmesan crust available on several dishes, including spinach dip and cheddar-stuffed mushrooms.
In addition to its dinner offerings, LongHorn provides a lunch menu with steakhouse plates and full-size entrees. The conversion of the site is underway, with signs indicating an imminent opening, inviting steak lovers to visit soon. More details can be found on their official website.
