Nightmare in Vegas: A Thrilling Fusion of Horror and Classic Cars Debuts in October

Nightmare in Vegas is set to debut as a unique blend of a horror convention and classic car show, taking place at the Silverton on October 4-5. This outdoor event marks a first for Las Vegas, combining the city’s vibrant entertainment scene with a passion for horror and classic cars.

The idea for Nightmare in Vegas originated from friends and founders Darlene Seguin and Amy Acevedo, who share a love for horror conventions and classic cars. They wanted to create a festival that would stand out in Las Vegas, a city known for its entertainment offerings. The event promises to be a comprehensive festival of frights, featuring food trucks, vendors, celebrity guest signings, and live music from various genres, including rock, metal, and rap.

With the goal of making Nightmare in Vegas an annual event, the founders hope to enhance the city’s horror-related offerings. Las Vegas already hosts several horror-related attractions and shops, and this new event aims to further establish the city as a hub for horror enthusiasts.

By supporting small businesses and showcasing a diverse range of horror-themed entertainment, Seguin envisions Las Vegas becoming a significant destination for the horror community. The event is expected to contribute to the city’s growing reputation as a center for horror entertainment.
