Oak View Group (OVG) is set to take over the food and beverage operations at Allegiant Stadium, commencing April 1, replacing Levy Restaurants. This change comes as part of a strategic partnership with the Raiders, aiming to enhance the stadium’s offerings with superior food, beverage, and entertainment experiences. The Raiders’ President, Sandra Douglass Morgan, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, emphasizing the commitment to elevating the fan experience.
Levy Restaurants, the outgoing concessionaire, has been associated with Allegiant Stadium since its inception. However, their departure is linked to a change in ownership stakes within the Raiders, involving a sale to Egon Durban of Silver Lake, which shares investment ties with OVG.
OVG is renowned for managing prominent venues, including Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle and Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. Their plans also include constructing an NBA-ready arena in Las Vegas, potentially near the Rio Hotel, as well as hosting premium hospitality zones for events like the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
Allegiant Stadium hosts major events, including the 2024 Super Bowl and Taylor Swift concerts, and is set to welcome WWE’s WrestleMania, the College Football Playoff championship, the NCAA Men’s Final Four, and potentially another Super Bowl in the coming years. OVG’s involvement is poised to bring innovative approaches to meet the expectations of these high-profile events.
While Levy exits Allegiant Stadium, it continues to operate concessions at other Las Vegas venues, maintaining a significant presence in the local market. Levy expressed gratitude for their time with the Raiders and the opportunity to serve Raider Nation.
