Prosecutors Add 2 More Alleged Victims to Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Federal Indictment

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious legal challenges as federal prosecutors have expanded an indictment against him in the Southern District of New York. Initially indicted in September on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, the new filing does not introduce additional charges but includes allegations from two more victims. The accusations now span incidents as far back as 2004 and involve claims that Combs coerced victims into commercial sex acts using force and threats.

A particularly alarming allegation in the indictment is that Combs dangled a victim over an apartment balcony. The expanded indictment also incorporates two additional substances, psilocyn and methamphetamine, into the racketeering activity related to narcotics.

The timeline of the alleged racketeering activities has been extended, and the kidnapping charges now include violations of both California and New York laws. Despite these allegations, Combs has consistently denied all accusations, including those in over 30 civil lawsuits against him.

Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has criticized the government’s case, particularly the claim that two of Combs’ former girlfriends were involved as prostitutes. Combs remains in federal custody, with his trial slated to start in May.
