Florida’s metalcore stalwarts, Underoath, are pulling out all the stops to commemorate two decades since the release of their acclaimed fourth album, “They’re Only Chasing Safety,” which debuted in 2004. This year, the band embarked on an extensive 20th-anniversary tour that began in Europe and is currently making its way through North America. Throughout the tour, fans are treated to live performances of the entire album. After their North American stretch, Underoath will join forces with Alexisonfire for a brief Australian tour, followed by an opening slot for Papa Roach on the “Rise of the Roach” tour.
For those unable to attend in person, there’s exciting news: Underoath will be live streaming their Chicago concert on November 24. This initiative is a collaborative effort with Veeps and Audiotree, offering fans the chance to experience the show live or watch it again within two weeks. Importantly, the proceeds from this livestream will benefit Band Together Relief, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting communities affected by the recent havoc wreaked by Hurricanes Helene and Milton in Florida and North Carolina.
Band Together Relief features special merchandise from bands such as Underoath, A Day to Remember, Anberlin, and Emery, with all sales directed towards aiding hurricane relief efforts. Livestream tickets are currently available through Veeps.
